About the Project

In the spring of 2013, work began on the comprehensive renovation and refurbishment of this beautiful apartment building. With the help of subsidies (WWFSG) and selected development and support partners such as Praschl-Goodarzi Architekten ZT-GmbH, the completion took place by fall 2014 and the rental apartments could be occupied.
This project was voted 2nd place in the 31st Urban Renewal Award (Stadterneuerungspreis)!
