About the Project

The two apartment buildings are located in the middle of Kitzbühel with a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains. The Villa Patricia at Hornweg 7 was extensively renovated in 1990, historic elements such as wall paintings were preserved. For the building at Hornweg 7a, traditional materials such as wood were primarily used when it was built in 2000, in order to blend in well with the rural surroundings.
